Landing page v2.0
Your Borrower Portal deserves what’s best! We’ve started to make a facelift of our landing page to match the technology standards in terms of UI/UX.
Displaying a torrid and structured landing page will boost your users’ engagement by showing them clear paths that address all their needs.

Two-factor authentication at sign-in
Improve the security of your borrowers’ private information with Two Factor Authentication (2FA). Previously already available at sign-up and can now be put in place at sign-in.
This first version is re-using the same system as for the sign-up: the user’s credentials, backed up by a One-Time Password sent via SMS.
️ Desktop responsiveness
Even though mobiles are an important device in our day-to-day life, only 25% of our users are navigating through the Borrower Portal via mobile.
We started our journey to desktop responsiveness by tackling two of the most engaging features: the landing page and the mortgage simulation results.
You can now view the simulation results in full-screen mode on your desktop.

…Now!
Powerful automated emails
Enhance your communication with borrowers with personalised, automated emails. Customise and add details such as the best interest rates and a checklist of necessary documents for a complete application.

Unveiling the next chapter in our Simulator 2.0 (beta)
In this new release, we’re introducing a new major functionality that will take your existing and new simulations to the next level:
- Step 3: Explore and select products. Receive instant access to a comprehensive overview of the mortgage landscape at your fingertips and scour the different products from the lenders you have access to.
- Step 4: Craft and compare solutions. In just a few seconds, you can quickly and efficiently visualise different mortgage solutions for your clients and maximise your chances of closing the deal.
Coverage of acceptance criteria
Sometimes you have to take a step back and take in the learnings to move forward again. We have simplified the automatic acceptance checks performed on loan requests in Oper. During the first phase, we are focusing on the coverage of basic acceptance categories:
- Loan-to-Value (LTV)
- Debt-to-Income (DTI)
- Duration
- Minimum Living Surplus
- Min and max loan amount
- Max End Age
This means that the complex acceptance criteria have been disabled for now, given that we’re not always able to guarantee high levels of accuracy.
In the meantime, we are doing research and discovering how we can improve the overall user experience of this feature and how we can gradually increase coverage again. As always, we recommend checking the acceptance policies of the lender where needed, accessible from your document library.
FULFILMENT
---------------------------------------------------------------
Introducing the 'Document Checklist' for encouraging more borrower proof uploads
The progress bar leverages psychological principles, such as visual feedback and the desire for completion, to encourage borrowers to upload more documents promptly. As borrowers witness the checklist moving towards completion, they are likely to experience a sense of accomplishment and momentum, which can serve as a powerful psychological nudge to encourage them to continue uploading the necessary documents.
Highlighting loan requests that involve a Politically Exposed Person (PEP)
Introducing an essential feature for regulatory compliance and risk management: Now you can effortlessly identify Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) with our new checkbox field in the Client's Detailed Information section. Plus, our user-friendly display icons across various views and detailed client information on generated loan request forms keep you informed and in control.
