"Some of my input fields are greyed out and I cannot fill them in anymore. This used to work before."
It can be that when an update happens, some of the saved cache data has become obsolete and is therefore causing functionality issues in your interface.
Please try the following options to solve the issue:
- Clear your browser history (cache & active cookies) on the specific page you're on and then refreshing the page.
- Try out an incognito / other browser
- Log out and back in again and see if the fields appearing correctly again.
If you still are unable to fill in the fields, it might be that your permissions have changed. In this case, please contact your supervisor or fill in the Oper support form.
