Elantis Integration - Sending a Loan Request

A loan request is sent to Elantis when an advisor opens the loan request, clicks on “send to lender”, and selects “Elantis” from the dropdown.

After providing the broker code, the loan request can be sent.

Some additional information:

- Only a selected offer is sent

- Once sent, it is no longer editable as it is immediately submitted for processing to Elantis.

The broker & sub-broker codes

In the “send to lender” modal, you will need to provide a broker code, and optionally a sub-broker code - also sometimes called “agent code” and “sub-agent code”. These are codes that Elantis provided to you.
